§ Mr. Eyre[pursuant to his reply, 7 July 1981]: The Hovercraft (General) Order 1972 provides that any conditions attaching to the issue of an operating permit must be with a view to securing the safe operation of the hovercraft. The order makes no provision for the consideration of environmental factors.
