§ Mr. Ernie Rossasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on the experiment being carried out in Dundee by the fuel boards using self-destruct tokens to pay for energy consumption.
§ Mr. Alexander FletcherDundee was one of five localities in England and Scotland selected by the Electricity Council for field trials into the feasibility of using token meters. The Electricity Council reported in May last year on the outcome of this research and a copy of the report has been placed in the Library.
