§ Mr. MacGregorThe Department of Industry is responsible for the £50 million coal-fired boiler scheme under which grants are available to industry to convert oil-fired boilers to coal firing. My right hon. and learned Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer also announced measures on gas and electricity prices in the Budget aimed particularly at helping large energy users. A reduction of £10 per tonne in the price of foundry coke was announced at the end of last month.
