§ Mr. Wyn RobertsI assume that the hon. Member is referring to the Working Party on the Long Term Capital Programme and the Steering Committee on Resource Allocations in Wales. These are committees of Health Service officers and officials of the Welsh Office and I am fully informed of their proceedings.
