§ Dr. VaughanIn health circular (80)13 we drew particular attention to a number of recommendations in the Social Services Committee's report, including the recommendation for the establishment of regional perinatal working parties. The health authorities are carefully considering the report but, for the reasons given in paragraphs 40 and 41 of Cmnd. 8084, we are not asking for detailed returns at this stage.
