§ Mr. Michael MarshallThe Nissan company, if it decides to locate in the United Kingdom, will not be producing cars jointly with BL. At the time of the announcement of the Nissan feasibility study, my hon. Friend said that the company intended to achieve 60 per cent. local content, rising to 80 per cent. as soon as practicable after full production was reached.
