§ 40. Mr. Bestasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what initiatives he intends to take to overcome those problems confronting homeless people which are within his responsibilities.
§ Mr. RaisonWe have no departmental responsibility for the problems of homelessness, but we are continuing to assist certain voluntary organisations which, as part of their activities, provide help to homeless people.
