§ Mr. D. E. Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales if the Health Education Council qualifies for a grant under section 21 of the Education Act 1980 for the translation of material from English into Welsh.
§ Mr. Wyn RobertsAn application from the council would qualify for consideration for grant under section 21. Any such application will be considered taking into account the nature of the project, the availability of existing grant resources, and competing claims for grant.
