§ Mr. EyreDetails of the aviation security fund's financial position are contained in a background paper headed "Aviation Security Fund (Third Amendment) Regulations 1981" which was placed in the Library recently. The paper states that the surplus brought forward from 1980–81 into the present financial year is likely to have been a little under £3 million.
