During the present financial year informal inquiries indicate that 82 authorities intend to make land sales for provate low-cost house building; 120 authorities are likely to do building for sale schemes on their own land in partnership with private developers; 72 will be doing improvement for sale schemes; 53 homesteading schemes; and 28 shared ownership schemes.
