§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeDay-to-day operations concerning the transport of such materials by rail are the responsibility of British Rail. I am informed that few consignments pass through Keighley. The Railways Board follows the normal stringent safety precautions which are applied to the transport of all such materials in any part of the country.
