§ Dr. VaughanThe hon. Member has raised this subject and I share his concern. In our policy handbook, "Care in Action", health authorities were asked to give priority to reducing perinatal and neonatal mortality. I am confident that the Yorkshire regional health authority has taken this to heart and is acting on it.
