§ Mr. Whiteheadasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what account is taken in local authority capital expenditure allocations of funds made available directly by the Manpower Services Commission to assist local authorities for the young unemployed.
§ Mr. KingCapital expenditure allocations to local authorities for 1981–82 were made in respect of prescribed expenditure whatever the source of finance. I am considering representations that contributions from the Manpower Services Commission should be additional to capital allocations.
