§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Prime Minister if she will set up a Council for Wales, comprising representatives of the 37 district and eight county councils of Wales, together with the 36 hon. Members and four Members of the European Parliament from Wales, to serve as a preliminary step towards an all-Wales forum to assist in developing Government policy for the good of Wales.
§ The Prime MinisterI see no need to add a new forum to the existing arrangements which enable elected Members of the House to participate in the development of Government policy for Wales.
