§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will issue a circular to local 110W education authorities providing guidance on the circumstances other than illness in which children should be allowed to be absent from school and advise them that such absences should not be approved when they involve participation in motor cycle stunts or similar activities.
