Friend the Member for Cheltenham (Mr Irving) on 20 May [Vol. 5, c.93], I am at present considering, in the light of recent legislative changes and other developments since 1978, how best to carry forward the proposals of the supplementary benefits review team for a review of various aspects of policy on people without a settled way of life.
