§ Mr. Douglasasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will take into consideration for rate support grant purposes increases in prices by gas boards after the date on which the local authorities have completed their budgeting figures.
§ Mr. YoungerCost increases affecting the level of local authority expenditure in 1981–82 will be measured for revaluation purposes, but total grant for the year will be subject to the cash limit.
