§ Mr. Mark CarlisleIn discussions with the President of Nigeria, Ministers undertook to give due consideration to the representation made on this matter. It was noted that new enrolments by Nigerian students in 1980–81, the first year in which full cost fees applied, were higher than in 1979–80, when subsidised rates of fee were charged.
