Mr. Alexander W. Lyon

asked the Secretary of State for Employment (1) what has been the relative change in wage differentials for 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20-year-old males and females compared with average adult wages in each year from 1973 to the latest convenient date;

(2) what has been the relative change in wage differentials for apprentices compared to the average adult wages between 1973 and the latest convenient date.
