§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsThe main representations were on assisted area status and the need to develop the county's industrial base. On assisted area status, I will continue to keep the situation under review. Meanwhile, the substantial investment in the road network and the provision of advance factories in the area will ensure that Gwynedd is well placed to attract new industry.
