§ Mr. BlakerEstimates for the current financial year—1981–82—provide for ship repair and alteration by Gibraltar dockyard for the Royal Navy at a total cost of £13 million, and for the employment by the dockyard—as at 1 April 1981—of 1,340 civilian personnel, made up as follows:
