§ Mr. PattieFollowing the opening of the submarine refit complex at Her Majesty's Naval base Devonport last year, nuclear materials required for the nuclear powered submarine refit programme will be brought into the dockyard by road or rail on a few occasions each year and the first delivery has already taken place. The movements of these materials will be in accordance with appropriate safety standards prescribed by the International Atomic Energy Agency.
