§ Mr. RifkindInformation regarding the number of such prosecutions is not available, but in the years 1978, 1979 and 1980, respectively, air weapons were used and suspects identified in 171, 180 and 161 cases made known to the police of attempted murder, serious assault, robbery or malicious or reckless conduct causing injury or damage to property.
