Since publication of the report of the working party on vagrancy and street offences in 1976, the following organisations have made representations concerning the problem of kerb crawling:

  • Canning area residents association, Liverpool
  • Derby Road area improvement group
  • Leicester city council
  • Melbourne Road and St. Peters residents association,
  • Highfields, Leicestershire
  • Newtown community improvement group
  • Southampton Central association of residents
  • Southampton city council
  • Stoke on Trent city council
  • Whalley Range association, Manchester
  • Wycliff branch Labour Party, Leicester.
