asked the Lord Privy Seal how many people are at present awaiting interviews for entry certificates at each United Kingdom high commission in the Indian Sub-continent; and what is the average waiting time at each.

Information for each mission is given in the following table. Figures for each country of the Indian Sub-continent are published in the quarterly Home Office Statistical Bulletin on 'Control of Immigration Statistics'—table 6 of issue 13/81.
