§ Mr. McCuskerasked the Secretary of Stare for Northern Ireland if he will make a statement about the involvement of Coopers and Lybrand and W. S. Atkins and Partners in the present reassessment of the future of the Northern Ireland gas industry.
§ Mr. Adam ButlerAs part of the further studies into a supply of Kinsale gas to Northern Ireland which I announced on 12 June, it is necessary to obtain firmer information about the potential market for natural gas in Northern Ireland and about the engineering aspects of a possible pipeline. Messrs. Coopers and Lybrand and the W. S. Atkins group have been retained by the Department of Commerce to undertake these respective assignments.
