§ Mr. Peter Morrison[pursuant to his reply, 27 January 1981 c. 376]: Young people involved in work experience on employers' premises receive the same weekly rate of allowance as other trainees on the youth opportunities programme. The current weekly allowance of £23.50 was set in November 1979 and the Government have no plans to increase it.
