§ Mr. Peter ReesI refer my hon. Friend to table 2 on page 10 of the Financial Statement and Budget Report 1980–81. There is a copy in the Library of the House. It would he contrary to normal practice to publish in the same year revised Budget forecasts of the effects of duty changes.
