§ Dr. BoysonAccording to returns from maintained and non-maintained special schools in England, in January 1980 there were 128,848 full-time and 876 part-time pupils on the registers of such schools; 16,429 full-time teachers and part-time teachers equivalent to 513 full-time teachers were employed in them.
