§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Prime Minister what reply she is sending to the Spastics Society, the Royal National Institute for the Blind, the Royal National Institute for the Deaf, the National Society for Mentally Handicapped Children and Adults, and to the other charities which have appealed to her to relieve them of the burden of value added tax as her personal contribution to the International Year of Disabled People.
