§ Mr. Mark CarlisleI assume that the hon. Member is referring to a recent survey by Her Majesty's Inspectorate of the effects on the education service of local education 461W authority expenditure policies. As I explained in answer to supplementary questions on 13 January, the inspectorate is still preparing its report. When it has been submitted to me I shall consider the question of publication.
