§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe cash limit for the roads block in 1981–82 will be published in the Vote Estimates at the time of the Budget.
The outturn for 1979–80, broken down as requested, was:

However, total expenditure on the block is expected to be close to the cash limit of £548.36 million.
