§ Mr. Deakinsasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department to what extent the improved facilities for prisoners in Northern Ireland announced on 19 December 1980 will be made available to prisoners in England and Wales.
§ Mr. MayhewThere are no plans at present to introduce in England and Wales the arrangements that have been made in Northern Ireland but my right hon. Friend will be studying developments in Northern Ireland to see what lessons can be learned.
