§ Mr. Christopher Priceasked the Minister for the Civil Service if he will give directions to Her Majesty's Stationery Office to reprint the report of an inquiry by the hon. Sir Henry Fisher into the circumstances leading to the trial of three persons on charges arising out of the death of Maxwell Confait and the fire at 27 Doggett Road, London SE6 (House of Commons Paper No. 90 of Session 1977–78), in the light of its relevance to the report of the Royal Commission on criminal procedure.
§ Mr. HayhoeOnly 1,088 copies of this report have been sold since it was published three years ago. There are still a few copies left in Her Majesty's Stationery Office Bookshop in London and I do not consider that a reprint is justified at present. I have no doubt that Her Majesty's Stationery Office would be very ready to review the matter if demand increased significantly.
