§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeDetailed results of deflection measurements taken on roads in 1978 and 1979, as part of the annual national road maintenance condition survey, were circulated to local highway authorities in September 1980. A summary of these results will be included in the 1980 survey report to be published in February 1981.
