asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will seek to amend the law relating to obstruction so as to clarify the position of sellers of newspapers.

No. I am not aware of any need for such amendment.

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many prosecutions for obstruction involving newspaper sellers there have been so far this year compared with last year.
