§ Mr. SpeedAs my right hon. Friend said in the House on 20 January—[Vol. 997, c. 149–160]—an assessment of the effect on British Shipbuilders in general and on particular yards of the slowing down of some warship orders must await the outcome of detailed discussions with the British Shipbuilders.
