§ Mr. David MitchellThis is a matter for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive but I understand from the executive that since the construction is not yet complete it can indicate only the tender costs, which vary from £14,770 for the 2-bedroom houses to £22,533 for the 3-bedroom split-level bungalows, with an average cost of £17,085. These figures include construction and the cost of serviced building land. Administration costs cannot be separately identified.
