§ Mr. Bob Dunnasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish in the Official Report the title and date of all items of legislation enacted since 1955 which contained provisions affecting the functions, powers and services of local government in Scotland; and if he will indicate by item of legislation so listed whether the legislation required local authorities to increase their staff levels or whether it did not.
