§ Dr. Mawhinneyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services when he intends to introduce legislation to make the changes in the constitution of the Central Council for Education and Training in Social Work which he announced on 12 December 1980.
§ Mr. Patrick JenkinI regret that there is now little possibility of introducing legislation on this in the current Session. A number of other matters in the field of health and personal social services, which I had hoped we might cover in such a Bill, will accordingly have to wait until a later Session.
