§ Mr. Ernie Rossasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if, since May 1979, he has received any representations from organisations or regional authorities supporting the principle of regional authorities paying fees in whole or in part for selected pupils to be sent to independent or grant-aided schools; and if he will name the organisations or regional authorities.
