§ Mr. Pendryasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what steps he is taking to monitor the health, dental health and nutrition of children who are no longer provided with school meals.
§ Dr. BoysonMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services intends in due course to arrange for the nutritional effects of school meals arrangements in selected areas to be monitored. There are no plans to include monitoring of dental health in the study.
