§ Mr. RossiYes. The council's report, published today—Cmnd. 812—recommends prescription of occupational asthma as an industrial disease under the Social Security Act 1975 for workers exposed to certain sensitising agents. My right hon. Friend has accepted the council's recommendations and it is proposed that regulations should be introduced to implement them by the end of this year.
