§ Mr. ParkinsonIn seeking to establish whether dumping is taking place in any particular case, the European Commission may take into account, among many other factors, the nature and duration of credit terms offered. If the machine tool industry has a complaint of dumping which it wishes to pursue, my Department's antidumping unit will be glad to give further advice and assistance.
