§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergThe fees currently payable are: chairmen £80 per day, professional members £63 per 107W day and lay members £40 per day. Fee levels for all administrative tribunals and public inquiries are reviewed from time to time by the Civil Service Department following consultations between the Lord Chancellor's Department and the legal profession. My right hon. Friend has no plans to reduce the levels of payment to members of rent assessment panels.
