§ 36. Mr. Marksasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will make a statement on the progress of talks on the limitation of theatre nuclear weapons in Europe.
§ Mr. HurdThe Government welcome the opening of talks between the United States and the Soviet Union on TNF arms control. The first round of discussions, which took place between 17 October and 17 November in Geneva, were serious and substantive in character.
