§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for the Environment on what date he will issue a consultation paper relating to the establishment of statutorily protected marine nature reserves for possible inclusion in the Wildlife and Countryside Bill.
§ Mr. MonroThe Government do not envisage including provision for marine nature reserves in the present Bill. It is, however, intended to issue a consultation paper on this subject very shortly.
