§ Mr. Denzil Daviesasked the Secretary of State for Industry if he will carry out a study by his Department into the effect on the United Kingdom glass industry of the imports into the United Kingdom of heat treated milk as required by the EEC Commission.
§ Mr. MacGregor[pursuant to his reply, 16 January 1981]: Such a study is not needed, since our public health regulations prevent the sale of imported pre-packed milk.
