HC Deb 16 January 1981 vol 996 c608W
Mr. Greville Janner

asked the Lord Privy Seal what was the outcome of the recent discussions between the Foreign Secretary and President Sadat concerning the EEC initiative on the Middle East and other proposals for finding peaceful solutions to the Arab-Israeli dispute, including a continuation of the Camp David process.

Both sides recognised the need to preserve the achievements of the Camp David process, to which President Sadat remains committed.
