§ Sir Ian GilmourIn the course of my talk with the Spanish Foreign Minister on 8 January we reviewed the discussions over implementation of the Lisbon agreement on Gibraltar. The commitment of both Governments to that agreement was reaffirmed. I stressed the Government's hope that it would be implemented without further delay.
